The way my team set up SMARTS was progressive. Our application’s Site pages follow the order of the project lifecycle, so we’re storing project details, contracts, initial due diligence, rezoning information, entitlements, etcetera. SMARTS goes through the build, the design, the permitting, and the construction, and then we can generate a report specialized to the client’s request that week with the filter feature. It helps us internally with milestone management, but it’s also embedded to where it’s easy to update the client.
